Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate that you enjoyed the people, training, and office environment. We do feel as though we over explain the sprint mentality during the interview process as we would never want that to be a surprise to anyone. REVGEN by design is a learn fast, grow fast environment. We agree this isn't for everyone, but we do our best to give you clear insight into what the expectations look like while employed with us. We appreciate the advice to management and although we do focus on dials, we also put a ton of focus on how to make those dials meaningful. Not sure where we went wrong with setting this expectation but we will be sure to address with the team. We have many employees who easily balance work and home life which does require a level of time management and focus throughout the day. Additionally our grads will likely agree that starting their career at REVGEN led to better opportunities where because of the training and experience, their career growth was accelerated.
