      Tough but worth it

      Excellent networking connections, sales trainings for those with zero experience, interactive team, 1:1 support with your manager, short program (4-6 months) designed to be a launching pad for your sales career

      Cons

      Not exactly an equal opportunity gig across the board- some campaigns are more demanding than others, have harder verticals to sell into, will have different metrics and access to commission (essentially, some have it a lot easier than others and that wasn't calibrated); trainings have the most value in the first month but have lighter value as you continue; inability to pick your campaign; salary is low

In regards to your comment about campaigns not being calibrated equally, a lot of time and consideration goes into creating goals and comp structures so that we can level the playing field. These are reviewed at the end of each month in an effort to keep things fair. With that said, we do have a wide variation of expected outcomes across campaigns and with many changing variables we understand why you felt this way Please note that these concerns are welcomed conversations with managers and Sr leadership.

      Great place to kick start your career

      Pros

      This is the perfect place to get your career in sales going. The management team is very supportive and hands on. You get excellent training along with exposure to tech sales opportunities in the area. I highly recommend working at Revgen!

      Cold calling is cold calling, but management knows how to prepare you and support you through it!

      Well this is a bit of a head scratcher. You chose an interesting title for your review. During this time our managers have put in countless hours and our CEO has taken an active role in ensuring that all of our training and support continues to meet or exceed previous expectations. We acknowledge the existing difficulties with COVID and reduced goals, suspended performance management and avoided any layoffs by creating additional internal roles. At REVGEN we pride ourselves on transparency and work hard to create an open line of communication to the point where our CEO gives every employee his mobile number.
