Pros

Great people, environment, and management. You get out what you put in. If you work hard and put the time in you will be given access to many different tech jobs in the area.

Cons

You don't have access to benefits here.

Pros

Co-workers great. Training program has great potential. Definitely gets you connected to people in sales.

Cons

Management is young and inexperienced. Really only one manager there that is worth anything. Lots of favoritism from the start. You seriously have to have nothing else in your life to be able to work here.

We appreciate the feedback but are surprised by the review. At REVGEN we are very open about our model which is designed as a high-velocity boot camp to give our reps an in-depth education in sales while also providing real-world experience in a paid position. This year alone we have trained and graduated over 40 individuals with a 93% retention rate. Our promise to employees is to provide world class training and support, exposure to other local opportunities in tech sales, and a fun and inclusive environment. It sounds like we delivered on that promise. Our managers go above and beyond to support employees during their journey at REVGEN and although we are always looking to learn and grow, their efforts should never be downplayed or criticized. When individuals choose sales as their profession, it means that they are agreeing to employment and compensation based on results. Being held accountable to achieving these goals as part of employment is more than fair. If in turn, this is viewed as “managed by fear” we would recommend a different profession.

Pros

Learn a plethora of sales knowledge. Tons of assistance with adapting to the sales field. A wide range of opportunities in the tech industry. A great and positive work environment with friendly people and management.

Cons

Favoritism is present in the management Favoritism is a result of those who work hard and stand out from the rest. Goals are hard and shift often to be even more challenging.
