      No personal phones are provided - you're expected to conduct business from your cell phone or a conference room (which are in short supply since there are less than 10 for the whole company).No matching in 401k program. High turnover rate, no matter what department you are in. Despite a predominantly female staff, very sexist culture - I've heard many disparaging comments made by male managers about female staff with no repercussions. Offices are in warehouses, so no windows to the outside and no sunlight. Strange and awkward communication with other departments - if a certain clique doesn't like you, professional requests will be delayed or ignored outright.

      this company tried the employees like disposable person no one can be indispensable the manager, and the secretary if you complaint about something they don't do nothing about it because they are best friend the manager thinks nobody understand english because the owner said something in the meetings and the manager change what the owner said. and if you buy food to the manager she will be nice with you and she put in better position o give more good points to her best friend and the cousin of the best friend and if you feel sick the manager don't let you go y to our house or the doctor office . I meet one girl there that she was pregnant and she did't feel good told to the manager and she told her if you leave now I will put like you dint work today and the girl stay one more hour to finish her job and she lost her baby. for the manager fault .

      Lots of favoritism goes on here. People below you will get promoted over you. And people definitely throw their weight around. However I'm sure the owners have no idea of this.
