You get to work on great projects in a lovely work environment, huge clothing discounts, free lunches weekly, attend some events and holiday parties.

Cons

The pay is one of the lowest I’ve seen in the industry in LA. You will do the work of a senior designer or even design director but be paid like an assistant.
