Cons

Cerritos is not the most beautiful area I've seen and food options around the area are limited. Space is tight right now from growth.

Access to wholesale pricing on brands they offer on their site-if available and in your size after orders are shipped.

Cons

Dark, dank office environment off of a warehouse. Long hours in which no on talks or leaves the building (no one talks?!?!) NO space for working. Remember having your desks pushed together in 4's in middle school? Yep, this is it here. Need to place for a work binder, notebook? Your purse? No. A small group runs this company. The owners and his cohorts live the dream life of fashion. The rest are hamsters in a treadmill. A dark, depressing treadmill.

If you like a lot Down-time and Laid-Back environment. apply here Due to its poor location there will be no sales thus maximizing your down-time. if you have No ambitions to progress and just chill at a work place. come here to work

Cons

All but Shady politics. Since the manager is direct friends with the company owners, you as a sales associate with receive No job security, No leadership, No communication, plus No benefits. I had to put a stand up for my pay wage when i found out the original pay rate of the former employee. I can see why they left to a different job.
