Pros

good discount, that's about it

Cons

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. There's a lot of overtime for the agents in CS and most of the time you're notified 30 mins before you end your shift. They don't care about your life, they just want to get back to customers asap. This place is basically a meat grinder. People are always quitting because of how unhappy they are. The company can't keep up with their turn over rate and are constantly hiring (lots of times the newbies will quit while in training too). Upper management will pretend to care about you, but it's obviously fake. The customers are brats and the company will do anything to please them. This results in a lot of customers throwing a fit all the time in order to get what they want because they know eventually, REVOLVE will cave in. Managers never stand up for their agents even when the customer is in the wrong. A lot of creeps also call in, and when I brought this issue up to management, they basically downplayed the situation to cover their behinds. They will never block a number because they're too concerned about money rather than their employee's mental well being and safety. They took away our sick time when the pandemic started, which was very insulting to say the least and made no sense what so ever. So our PTO was our "sick time" and PTO, and it wasn't even a lot to begin with. Honestly, you couldn't pay me enough to do this job.

Pros

Great discount 50% off everything sometimes more, that’s about it.

Cons

Everything. The people you work with are not friendly & the pay is awful. Everyone works really hard & has a big workload which is normal. You’ll likely work really long hours 9-12 a day & get paid next to nothing. Definitely can’t afford to support yourself as an adult. The only good thing is people will think your job is cool but it’s awful. Everything is hectic & changing & that’s partly because it’s a new company. Everyone basically gets promoted from within, which doesn’t make for the best employees. They lack training & expect way to much of you from the start. I really wanted to work here & it ended up being my least favorite job I’ve ever had. If you’re reading this save yourself the time & get a job in the fashion industry that will be willing to support you!
