Negative Environment with no Growth Opportunities

Pros

Some people who work here are very nice and can be encouraging. But, the bullies outweigh this. You get a great discount and they occasionally have parties.

Cons

This is the cattiest workplace I have been in. People openly yell at one another and are outright rude. HR does not help and the workload is insane. Hourly employees expected to work overtime everyday for no reason. There are no opportunities for growth. They also underpay everyone

Pros

Employee discount. Flexible WFH policy.

Cons

Benefits are very poor. Policies are expensive. No 401k match. 10 PTO days. No paid sick days (must use PTO if sick, even if you test positive for COVID-19). No paid maternity leave (especially cruel considering the majority of employees are women of child-bearing age). Re-read the cons and let them sink in.

Awful work environment

Pros

If you have a good leader/superior its decent but there's not a lot to do and no growth potential. Discount is decent if thats all you're interested in.

Cons

Awful work environment, no communication, if you bring up an issue they make it your fault and tell YOU how to fix it instead of trying to fix the situation entirely with those involved. No one takes accountability for how they talk to you or treat you. You're paid the bare minimum but expected to throw yourself into a heavy workload and not complain about it. Lots of understaffed departments because there is a lot of turnover due to the environment and lack of competent employees and managers. Truly not worth the hassle of working there. You will be overworked and tired everyday and feel like crap. Also when all the higher positions are skinny and white, and all assistants are POC there's a big problem there too. Just something to consider before dealing with a company that going to run you down.
