Pros

Great for one’s resume, especially in the Fashion industry. Amazing company discount.

Cons

Extremely fast-paced environment. Long hours. Had multiple colleagues, managers, and VPs either leave or have to take significant time off due to burnout. Poorly financially compensated for work load and experience. Criminal maternity leave PTO. Cycle through employees when they are not willing to pay them more, especially since there are ton of people willing to work for Revolve. Higher-up management would also push us to treat vendor relations like an interview process, since they should be so lucky to work with Revolve, when in reality they should have been treated like a partnership. This would often cause vendors to lose money and sometimes either significantly downsize or shut down their company trying to keep up with Revolve’s “standards” and fast-paced environment.
