Few star people at the top . Everyone enjoy working with them! Salary is average , benefits are below average but potential to do great work is lot!!
Cons
I have not seen in any small company where the whole VP/C-level brass changed/let go so frequently. I think it does not reflect good on the company and it somehow looks like they become scapegoats for either not achieving company goals or expectations from them are not realistic. Personally, I think there is no clarity on what are the expectations from particular executive and what you hear after some time is that "we are looking for a change"!! I will not recommend to anyone to join at Director level of higher or join at your own risk!! Just research if you can, this trend is still followed. Rather than nurturing & growing top brass for greater/long term good its the other way in this place.
