      Cons

      Growing pains, Management always claims to be busy so they delegate all their task to lower positions . My boss claimed to overworked but was always on social media sites.

      Pros

      REVOLVE is a young, fun company with many job titles and departments. There is great opportunity to grow and advance within the company and is encouraged! Even though the company has over 600 employees now in 2016, it still feels like a small business in a great way.

      Cons

      Their pay is on the lower side and they would do well with bringing up the salaries to be more competitive and matching 401k's (which they currently do not do).

      Free lunch on Thursdays, employee discounts, flex hours.

      Cons

      No personal phones are provided - you're expected to conduct business from your cell phone or a conference room (which are in short supply since there are less than 10 for the whole company).No matching in 401k program. High turnover rate, no matter what department you are in. Despite a predominantly female staff, very sexist culture - I've heard many disparaging comments made by male managers about female staff with no repercussions. Offices are in warehouses, so no windows to the outside and no sunlight. Strange and awkward communication with other departments - if a certain clique doesn't like you, professional requests will be delayed or ignored outright.
