The corporate mission and values are not just something put on paper to look good. They live these values on a daily basis. Our Mission "We exist to Transform our Customers and Change Lives." We set to accomplish this day in and day out by living out our Values: CRAZY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH WE HAVE YOUR BACK WE FIRE BULLETS BEFORE CANNONBALLS EVER-EXPANDING IMPACT It's not just a set of guidelines, it's who we are as a company. Pros

When I first found a job opening at RFSMART, I had never heard of them. Doing research revealed that they out a lot of emphasis on company values. I've seen this before, and it's always felt like marketing mumbo jumbo, so I kind of brushed it off. During on-boarding I had an informal meeting with the CEO, and my mind was changed. There was a lot of sincerity in how he spoke about the company and its values. I was convinced that this was a company that believed in it's values and really pushed a culture around them. It has been my experience so far that they talk the talk AND walk the walk. Kudos to RFSMART for this. The hiring process was very involved with a lot of interviews. When I was offered the position, I felt very accomplished just in the interview process. It was explained to me that hiring the right people was very important to them and therefore they had a very intense process. As someone that has been on the hiring side, I can really appreciate this. It's difficult to find the right people and you want to make sure they fit in with the culture well. It's easier to keep an employee than to find a new one. My manager is very concerned about my work well-being. We have monthly one-on-ones where I'm asked how I feel my workload is, and if I feel overwhelmed or stressed. Personal and Professional growth is important. I've been asked if I needed any resources for studies and growth, and when I asked for them, they were delivered. Growth is pushed from the top down. They want you to get better, and they want to help you get better. In my experience, you don't see this very often. It reminds me of a quote. CFO: What if we spend ton of money training our employees and they leave? CEO: What if we don't and they stay? My team is very cohesive and lives by one of our values of "I have your back". We share knowledge and help each other get better. This is awesome! Again, my experience has been that others tend to hoard their knowledge, which makes it difficult for me to help you. There is so much to say, but this post seems to be getting long already. I'll end with this. I feel appreciated. I've been with the company less than a year; I've earned two awards for what I would consider just doing my job to the best of my abilities. My manager constantly thanks me for the work I do and does so with sincerity. Overall, this has been a fantastic place to work. The work is challenging because we're trying to stay at the forefront of technology, but management recognizes this, helps us grow, and appreciates what we do.

Cons

All of my experience here has been very positive. I have not run into something yet that I'd call a con.
