Pros

The environment is like nothing I have seen culturally. During my interview process, I thought something was fishy, as everyone seemed like they actually enjoyed their jobs. It is because the CEO genuinely cares for the employees. He lives his mission statements, and his philosophies pass down through every employee, which is nothing but refreshing.

Cons

I am really stretching to find some cons. It is cheesy, but I cannot really think of any.

The vast majority of people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable; Ability to transfer job positions within the company if necessary / best which allows for upward mobility; Great benefits; Great onboarding experience

Cons

Unrealistic expectations and penny-pinching lead to employees being overworked and under-rewarded; Very poor salaries lead to employees looking for other work; Morale in some departments are extremely low thanks to poor management;

Our high retention rates and our survey feedback from our team members indicate we're doing pretty well in these areas, but we don't always get it right. We'll continue working to improve.
