      - Team members you can genuinely count on - Courteous, respectful, and fun atmosphere - Understanding of current short term goals/areas of improvement - Completely revamped onboarding process to better integrate new employees - Management is open to new ideas/processes - Management checks in on progress of new employees

      Cons

      It was difficult to assume some of the more complex responsibilities at first, but improvements were made and eventually felt confident in day to day tasks.

      Once you are hired things begin to change. They operate unethically and if you don't keep your mouth shut you're out

      It is great at first until you start seeing Management and Executive double standards and unethical practices.

      Cons

      They sell software that they know does not work.

      Great Culture

      Interview process works to create environment where people work well together. A rare workplace that promotes creativity. CEO had broadcast to remote employees. CEO's communication kept me engaged.

      Cons

      A few departments can be very intense.
