Great culture among employees/supervisors and offers opportunity to work on some really cool customer products. Extremely flexible work schedule and very supportive of work/life balance. Opportunities for advancement and development are there for employees that proactively seek it. Pay and benefits are reasonable compared to similar sized companies. Opportunities for overtime are a definite benefit. Good place to work, especially for engineers early in their career to gain a ton of experience.

Cons

As it is a contract engineering company, job security is the biggest negative. Company reluctance to help pay for job related education and time spent on employee and team development (time billed to RFA instead of customer project) is frustrating.

With our many different clients, and many different roles with our clients, we feel there is something for everyone. Our benefit package is superior when compared to other companies like us, but it can be a challenge at times to compare against some of the OEM's we do work for.
