6yThanks for the review! We try to provide good benefits and a schedule that is conducive to peoples' needs. Not all of our positions require travel, but there are some for sure. I guess the good news is that travel is generally pretty minimal (with a very few exceptions).

It's hard to speculate on what specifically happened to give you that impression, but just know that all managers within the company are doing everything they can to make the business successful, all the while keeping employees engaged. It can be a tricky balance, but one our people strive to achieve. I see you are a current employee...if you are so inclined to discuss, my door is always open.
