Pros
Great location (only if you're working at the main Singapore office)
Cons
Long working hours in addition to being a secretary for everybody ranked higher than you, often contacted in the early mornings, late evenings and weekends to provide info they can easily find themselves Heavy workload, easily double that of employees in other companies, in addition to covering job scope of multiple departments and management want employees to be grateful for the exposure - also if you are not favored by your managers, you are expected to work from home even when on MC or leave Chain of command extremely complicated, management not able to make any decisions, higher management have no issues making false promises to employees Extremely uncompetitive pay package especially for employees not in management position, all whilst higher management are boasting about record high output and prices and delaying pay adjustments HR is just there to make the company look better, exit interviews are laughable HR should just complete on behalf of employees since they don't intend to put anything bad about the company down anyways My advice to potential employees: Check on the company's employee work history to verify the 4 or 5 star reviews, very unlikely to find non-managerial employees staying more then 3 yrs If you still decide to join, make sure your starting salary is enough for you to trade your rest, mental health and dignity for, since the increment is laughable as well
