Salary is decent. Job is secure as long as one works hard and smart. Big global presence. Lots of opportunities.

Cons

Can improve on staff welfare. Problem solving should be a team effort but there's a blame culture and pushing of responsibility in some business groups. Always remember , this is a global scale multi national conglomerate with numerous business groups and units which work like SMCs and ultimately it is family owned.
