bad benefits, some inequality poor compensation to junior staff (compensation gets better if you are senior staff)

Remuneration is decent with an average of 3-4 months annual bonus

Cons

Definitely do NOT recommend working at this place AT ALL - crazy workload (1 person doing 3-4 people work) - top down management style with no room for feedback/suggestions to the top - the turnover in this company is so high that people are leaving faster than they are getting replaced - 1 of the most toxic workplaces I have ever worked in
