- Might still be able to meet some nice colleagues if you are lucky but these are few and far between

Please don't be fooled by the 4-5 star reviews - If you notice, these positive reviews are from "Current Employees". This is because these reviews were directives by the management internally and employees are forced to write positive reviews so as to boost up their overall negative rating. Overall culture is toxic and as it is a family owned business, everything that is said by the family are treated like GOLD and staff are kind of forced to 'fight for survival' to safeguard their livelihood and promotions which is a pretty sad workplace to stay at.

I enjoy working here at RGE for almost 3 years now. The management gave me more responsibility after my tenure 1.5 years which it was an honor for me.

Cons

IT system a bit too strict, which cause difficulties sometime for us to work
