Pros
Like what other reviewers say is true: - great working exposure - very large business with mgmt knowing how to grow the business and in what direction - employees can learn fast and get a lot of exposure which is much more than other companies - because the group as a whole is growing pretty fast, there will be opportunities to grow and move to new areas if one is capable - company can pay if they want you
Cons
- RGE maybe a big mnc but at its heart and it’s culture is still a indo SME. - no open challenge process which is present in most larger MNCs. Have to be careful on raising issues openly. Some people have been fired for debating too fervently with senior mgmt - some senior heads of divisions will openly criticise and humiliate those who make mistakes. This makes many people more afraid of speaking up. - benefits are sub par. Similar to average SME in Singapore. - very high turnover rate. But if you can last here, you can make it almost anywhere. - workload can be insane at times. Many people are actually juggling 1.5 workloads. But if one can do well here, it is equivalent to being able to survive rangers course and go back to BMT when joining other companies
