Pros

Very flexible schedule. You tell them when you can work and they never schedule you for anything else. Good for a second job.

Cons

Very unpredictable schedule. You may not work at all for a month or two at a time. Works well if you only need some spare income. Would not work well if you need to rely on it to pay your bills every month.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is the late night hours which works out well from moonlighters

Cons

Basically this is as close to slave labor you'll ever come. And you'll be working for some of the dumbest supervisors on the planet. Horrible conditions, poor pay, most people quit within the first month. There's a good reason that this company "ALWAYS" has wanted ads.

Pros

Hours are flexible and, until recently (2010) workers helped each other.

Cons

Enormous pressure to achieve APH (average per hour). Pay seemed to be linked exclusively to speed and not accuracy or teamwork. Corporate seems to be quite removed from the work done by hourly workers and instead relies on spreadsheets to determine how work is to be done.
