Relaxed atmosphere, good people, and fair compensation. It's a lot better than not working, and they're very flexible with changes in your schedule.

Cons

Training is a little sparse. There's a lot to learn that you just sort of have to find out by observation or trial and error.

- Sometimes you get to work alone - If you can count well with your eyes, you can potentially do well.

Cons

-Travel and you may not be compensated for that -Erratic work schedule and times(early in the morning or late at night) add the traveling too -Poor hiring(workers and management) - Workers treated very poorly by inexperienced and/or immature management.
