If you're in, you're in. If you're out, you're out. Upper level leaders say they are all into getting feedback, but believe me, they only want to hear how great they are. Nothing about that they should improve on. And if you give them negative feedback, they ignore it, or will pay you back ten fold....like blacklisting. It's ridiculous. And infantile.
