Pros

Operators aren't that bad (like everywhere), but Maintenance and leadership is clique-ish and act like bullies.

Cons

Nothing is straight-forward, no standard practices, very low data. Lack of professionalism to a stifling degree. It's a fake news world. All the while complaining the parent company is too bureaucratic.
