Pros
I have been with Rhombus for the last two years. During my two-day technical challenge round, I was told to build a feature that could take at least one week. It was not common to see such high-demand feature work in such a short–period. I somehow worked around and showed it to CTO. The next day, I got the call from CEO to join Rhombus, which gave me the impression that if you are good, you will be valued a lot.
Two years are passing by, and I still love my job at Rhombus. In a nutshell, I will say:
1. Rhombus is for hard-working people ONLY. There is no short cut. If you seek, 9-5 type job, this is no place for you.
2. If you have creative ideas and align with Rhombus' vision, then propose it to your team leader and build it. This is what I am doing for the past few months now. I like doing this stuff, and this gave me the freedom to think out of the box.
3. Rhombus teaches you how clients see your product.
4. If you want to learn data engineering, software development, system architecture, or cyber defense, talk to your team leader and propose his/her plan; you will get approved quickly. Obviously, you have to do it in your own time to prove that you are capable of doing it, and wallah, you create yourself a job that you like.

Cons
At least for me, so far, no cons. Interview processes can be really tough now a days.
