      Pros

      Building relationships with residents in your same town. Helping the helpless with no support of upper management.

      Cons

      No leadership in community management and regionals/ over work not enough pay for working more than just your job title you work 3 job titles no pay/ hire community managers and maintenance with NO experience/ unfair commissions/ corporate doesn't care and acknowledge your hard work/ company doesn't give bonuses

      Knowing all other managers are in the same boat and that you can talk to each other for advice and help.

      Cons

      The list of expectations from corporate level is extremely long for the amount of pay. Also there is no assistance from upper management.
