      Pros

      No pros. Miserable. The amount of time spent on work will NEVER MEASURE to the time missed out on family and friends while you try to make upper management happy. However, you NEVER WILL.

      Cons

      By far, my most miserable experience at a workplace. No matter what you do, it will never be enough. You're not compensated for your time, you're not rewarded for going above and beyond. They only pick at your flaws, and NEVER recognize any good. Goals are unreachable and amount of work unreasonable. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. They will make it sound appealing and you will regret believing it.

      Pros

      I had friendly coworkers that got along well for the most part. There are some benefits such as 401k, paid holiday, paid vacations, paid personal time, insurance is optional

      Cons

      Very disorganized...don't train employees...management only cares about themselves...poor wages...friends of employees in department were getting hired in no matter how awful their interview was...

      I live close to a couple of the communities I work in. Wages are enough to afford a basic lifestyle.

      Cons

      Almost none of the listed perks we (refurbishment team) receive. I have never even heard about the possibility of them
