      Longterm employees have abandoned truth, morals and scruples

      Non management co-workers tend to be hard working and decent

      Cons

      A handful of people have been with the company more than 5 years. These individuals are willing to abandon their personal moral and scruples to maintain employment. In lieu of correcting their bad acts. RHP will demand one of the few long term employees write a positive review in a vain attempt to offset the truthfulness of their descpicable actions and deeds.

      Leaving and going home was the best part.

      Cons

      Worst company to ever work for. Very disrespectful environment, felt like I was back in high school. Too much drama and miscommunication. Don't waste your time. No matter how nice/respectful you can be to please the company, nothing is ever good enough. They gave me false reasoning to my work.

      none - I do want to be clear that this review was completed by an employee who resigned in good standing...not the ramblings of a disgruntled former employee that was terminated.

      Cons

      senior management dominated by arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful human beings. having worked for several publicly traded companies with great development programs and executives that truly cared about their teams i can say this company, due solely to it's senior leadership, is horrible in every single sense of the word. from the way it treats its employees to the way it strong arms its residents, they are morally bankrupt and sadly unredeemable.
