Pros

Direct co workers are great to work with. That is the only positive thing I could come up with.

Cons

Slumlords! Residents are treated like garbage the minute they sign their lease. Community maintenance such as road repairs and tree maintenance are put off as long as possible. When asked why, communities are told they ran out of funds. Site rent is higher than all competitors and the communities look worse than their competitors. Residents have mild throwing in their homes and corporate won't approve to have it taken care of. Residents call to file complaints or give statements and are ignored by corporate. No one ever returns resident calls. Site rent keeps going up but the communities look worse. Employees are treated like garbage. Required to work overtime every week. Not a family friendly comment to work for. Management still get phone calls from supervisors while on vacation and made to feel like scum if they take a sick day. Worst company to work for and worst company to rent a home from.

Pros

They make alot of money from ripping residents off...which isn't a pro!!! I just had to put something here in order for my review to post...

Cons

They dont care about employees nor their residents. They use the excuse of "growing pains" but thats not the case. They have been like this from day one. Most Property Managers I have known were loyal, dedicated, seasoned and educated. However were treated like morons and encouraged to quit or be humiliated in front off staff on a regular basis. When a decent Manager has had enough and leaves, they bring in an uneducated clerk who has no clue what they are doing. Then they begin bullying them because more than likely they will stay. Dont sell your soul to the devil.. you are better than this company!
