Pays well, respected the Corporate Accounting Management.

Cons

Terrible corporate culture, us verses them attitude between Corporate Accountants and the A/P department. No real feeling of being appreciated, building nice from the outside but the inside is dirty and employees are packed in and double parking in the lot.

Love working here. A great group of people in the office. I have worked many places over the years and have been treated better here than anywhere else.

Cons

Not crazy about open cubicles. It sometimes can be distracting.

Pros

PTO is okay. I enjoy most of my coworkers, even though most don't enjoy working here.

Cons

The company is disorganized, has a negative culture, and upper management is confused. It's trickle down effect. Senior management don't know what they want, or how to get it so they place unrealistic expectations on everyone. The outcome is a negative atmosphere where most people don't enjoy coming to work at all. Managers don't know how to manage, and those that do are too scared to go against leadership that they'll just let the ship sink.
