Pros

They pay you on time!!!! There's never a dull moment. Days go fast because your busy if your doing your job! I have had good times! Commission is good and they pay that on time as well. Yearly raises and that's paid right away. The money is good!! Good training! A lot of support

Cons

I can tell you they have come along way and there's still work to do. Sometimes you feel left out sometimes you don't feel appreciated sometimes you feel overworked but their philosophy they pay you for that

Great PTO, Good Hours, Most Holidays Paid/Off, Great Structure, and Great Hours

Cons

Pay is not great, benefits are horrible, and corporate can be somewhat unrealistic

Poor training & bad attitudes

Pros

Not a whole lot...90% of the time I went home irritated even if I tried staying to myself. There were a handful of coworkers I enjoyed working with, but other than that not too much good stuff to talk about.

Cons

Management needs to do a better job with training and employee interactions. They expect you to know everything right away and if you ask questions, they treat you as an inconvenience.
