The amount of work that one peer support specialist had to do was astounding, and they didn't keep it pure, because we were asked to assess to look at them to see if they looked like they had a mental illness.

I was way overqualified for the role and I was doing way too much, and after my mom died, I took three days off, I came back & was fired. I am so glad I was fired. My coworkers were okay, but the management they just mismanaged the funds they don't use the funds to really get the homeless people into the mental health clinic. Stay away from this company.
