Pros

Easy to use and customizable EMR

Cons

Restart Program pays horribly and the managers not only play favorites, they give incorrect information and do not come forward to admit fault. Information was deliberately withheld from staff, leading to conflict with participants and an inability to maintain a consistent minimum level of care. BHTs only require a high school diploma, whereas the PSSs must be certified, but BHT pays more. Employees are not reimbursed for vehicle wear and tear. Weekends-only staff were left out of the loop for same-week meetings unless they checked their emails off the clock.
