Pros

This was a great place to work until they started firing everyone. People are running scared from fear of getting fired. No raises in the near future. They don't care about their employees.

Cons

If you don't mind being held back, overlooked and unappreciated this is the place to work!

Pros

RI International is very understanding that mental health days are a thing. They are also understanding that some of their workers are in poor health and require many appointments. The environment is casual and relaxed.

Cons

Staff is paid $2 an hour under the industry standard. Also, the Restart department has been forced to work in conditions with bedbugs, roaches, and rat infestations. Travel reimbursement is under 50¢ a mile. It is not disclosed to Restart employees upon hire that sex offenders are accepted into the program, and a site with all female staff has been sent sex offenders twice. Training in self-defense is opt-in only.
