      Pros

      I worked in a great department with great leaders but I’ve heard that the rest of the company doesn’t have many “pros” to speak of

      Cons

      Most everything. There isn’t any money or support being shared with the departments that are struggling to survive. It’s a weird battle with corporate to get enough funding for your program to provide services. They just want to cut cut cut and not invest in improvement of programs and services offered.

      Good company mission, Good managers are really wonderful, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Initiative is Strong

      Cons

      Bad managers are BAD, Abusive work environments not resolved, Mandates to "resolve" harassment were not observed and there were no consequences, Workplace became so toxic my doctor documented things "in case you need this for future legal action" and my therapist urged me to take medical leave for my final few days

      The Coaches genuinely care about the guests.

      Cons

      Absolutely no consistency, organization, or support for the coaches. Management and HR is a total joke and what I would call a “gross abuse of power.” There is extreme favoritism leading to unfair treatment of staff and team leads. I genuinely feel as though my time at RI only taught me what I DO NOT want in a manager, team lead, clinical director, Human Resources department, etc.
