      Gotta a chance to do what I love

      Pros

      Recovery innovations has given me the opportunity to do what I've always wanted to do since I was a child. They are very flexible with scheduling allowing me to continue going to school and continue to get all the hours I needed to work.

      Cons

      So far there has been a lot of change in the company, which isn't bad. Raises are in frequent.

      Once I was offered the position, things moved along very quickly.

      The time from interview, to HR calling to offer position was ridiculously slow .
