Pros

Flexibility, easy to use software, middle management is great

Cons

This company is like a restaurant that cares more about their menu design then having a food service license. The board has absolutely no concept of state regulations and do not have a thoughtful concept for opening new sites. They do not give anyone raises except the board and their annual bonuses. Top management is a group of friends and if you aren't in their clique, good luck. They care more about shareholder money than hardworking frontline staff.

Pros

The pay, if you are certified.

Cons

The bosses are horrible. Their becoming militant in their rules. The ones who are making the rules have no clue how the floor works. Its dangerous. Nopne us turned away even when they have seriously hurt a staff member. Its all about the numbers and money rather than the quality of services provided.
