Job was remote so didn’t have to sit near the horrible people in management every day

Cons

Micromanaging, management has absolutely no idea what they are doing, management doesn’t care about staff, ignores staff, berates staff, talks horribly about staff to other members. It was an overall hostile workplace. Even remotely working the stress from management made it miserable every single day

Politics as with most employers Difficult to get a raise Schedule is Sun, Mon Tues on three day week then Sun to Wed on a four day week or Thursday Friday Saturday three day, four day is Wed, Thurs Fri, and Sat; so you never get a whole weekend off
