I’m sure at some point they meant well.Some co-workers have been receptive to courtesy and others are just flat out condescending and manipulation.

Cons

It really does take a village : you can try your best with your clients,but if every other professional is not in the clients corner or yours then the recovery process can only go spring board forward.Some professionals are just there for the job and not the people.

Interaction with guests was the highlight of the day.

Cons

Poor management and pay. Milieu Specialist are paid more than the techs. They’re paid to sit and do rounds, while we work, document, conduct groups, transport guests, and place ourselves in immediate danger.
