You really do get to help people and make a difference sometimes

Cons

Make sure that you use self care and dont allow them to overwork you. The management does not ensure that all shifts are covered properly and this causes a lot of poblems in the end. Learn what you can and move on quickly. 6 months to a year tops

The people all the way at the top are genuinely caring and realize that treating their staff like family will have great results. I feel cared for and valued as an employee, something that, like most people, I am not used to. They mean what they say, and all the great words you hear from most facilities that are usually crap, they really mean it here. The goal is to improve people's lives, to provide team-based holistic care that helps them to help themselves. It's wonderful!!

Cons

Doggone, the hours are long. It's 3 12 hour shifts one week and 4 of them the next week. And I wish we had more staff. But that's all I can complain about.

Nothing to write about. The guests we supported were more functional than the company. Lots of threats from HR. Not worth it!!

Cons

Everything!!! Don't waste your time, gas, or intelligence it's not worth it. They are not in compliance with state laws and when they figure it out they threaten you with suspension
