I appreciated that the company utilizes a recovery perspective in working with psychologically distressed clients rather than a strictly medical model perspective. I felt that they treat their employees well too.

Cons

The environment felt a bit chaotic at times but, then again, that can be the nature of the work.

Pros

These are mental health professionals helping the Phoenix area.They need help with all layers of the infrastructure, everyone is treated with respect.

Cons

The only way to get a raise is with a new job title. You can't leave any property out or it will disappear. Training needs to better for the employees on the computer equipment.

Hepling people in sharing lifes challenges and how to help them cope and overcome them by them figuring out for themselves how to do it .

Cons

sometimes groups of classes were very large and not enough time for all clients
