      Good Place to work and great coworkers

      Pros

      RI is a good place to work. The staff is awesome and I like that it is peer run. I was once a patient here and at many other facilities. I love that I can give back now that I'm in a good place in my recovery.

      Cons

      Long 12 and a half hour shifts, dealing with agitated and or confused psych patients.

      Mission, guests, coworkers on my team

      Cons

      Absolutely bloated executives who are out of touch with their staff and have strayed very far from the mission. Incredibly toxic workplace with layoffs happening based on the ever revolving door of managers.
