      I worked in a great department with great leaders but I’ve heard that the rest of the company doesn’t have many “pros” to speak of

      Cons

      Most everything. There isn’t any money or support being shared with the departments that are struggling to survive. It’s a weird battle with corporate to get enough funding for your program to provide services. They just want to cut cut cut and not invest in improvement of programs and services offered.

      Pros

      I’m sure at some point they meant well.Some co-workers have been receptive to courtesy and others are just flat out condescending and manipulation.

      Cons

      It really does take a village : you can try your best with your clients,but if every other professional is not in the clients corner or yours then the recovery process can only go spring board forward.Some professionals are just there for the job and not the people.
