Pros

Constantly learning new things, management supports our personal development, and co-workers are like family.

Cons

Working in behavioral health is stressful and is not always easy. The pay is lower than other companies in this area.

Pros

RI is good in helping employees recover from mental illness. People will still have their job as long as they file for FMLA. You can grow your career in the company.

Cons

New hires are making more money than employees that have been there for years. RI is short staffed. There is a high turnover rate because they are one of the lowest paid behavioral health companies.
