Pros

The work the company does is great. The benefits are good and the people are good to work with.

Cons

Not much room for growth, not much money to be made, and management is two-faced.

Pros

There once was an excellent company called Recovery Innovations. The staff were dedicated. People got the care they needed. Pay was decent enough if you had a college education.

Cons

Upper management was replaced with the worst form of person found in the behavioral health field - sociopaths with behavioral health licenses and MBA's after their name whom are driven by one thing - MONEY.

Hi Anonymous, I was saddened to read your above post. You are correct that there has been a significant amount of change over the past year. I would welcome the opportunity to share with you some of the reasons behind the changes, as well as get your thoughts about how we can preserve the dedicated staff and quality services that have ensured people receive excellent care. Ultimately that is why we are all working at RI, and our team is committed to continue with the mission of this company. Please contact me at your convenience; I would so appreciate the opportunity to hear your ideas! Sue Ann Atkerson Chief Operating Officer (602) 636-4403

Pros

We have phenomenal teams who are fully engaged everyday in the mission of recovery, and a worldwide footprint with programs in five US states and Auckland, New Zealand. Our consulting teams travel the world and canvas the US delivering certified peer education training.

Cons

We are in the midst of implementing a new Electronic Health Record to meet Meaningful Use standards, improve our Third Party Liability payment capabilities, strengthen our health information exchange and support our teams, but this process takes longer than we want! :^D
