Pros

GREAT Peers to work with, many who still believe in the old ways. Rewarding helping participants grow into who they are meant to be in life.

Cons

Show upper levels you believe in the old ways and you will be let go. Low pay, no chance of raises, and OT that is not always paid. New Exec team separates themselves from those the company is suppose to be helping. They are moving away from culture and beliefs the company was built upon.

Pros

Great team, limited travel, and a worth while company direction. The company tries to help people with mental and substance abuse problems. Maintaining the computers and helping the users was always easy and fun.

Cons

It was stressed when I was hired that only way to get a raise is to either get a promotion or get a new job title.

Pros

Employees are dedicated to the mission.

Cons

CEO lost sight of mission. Executives spend all their time traveling and afraid to interact with the staff and those they serve. Pay is low, no bonuses, benefits are poor and work is extreme. Employee change over is high so no one knows what they are doing.
