This company has no strategy to create a quality software product or commitment to that goal. The CEO runs around the world investing in companies to drive his top line revenue number but none of these companies are ever integrated and most run as standalone businesses for years with little to no coordination. The technology of the companies is seldom ever integrated either. This is just a holding company of a bunch of acquisitions that don’t even make sense. Most customers are hopelessly stranded on legacy software and can’t be upgraded nor would the new “cloud” software do half what the legacy did. The company runs on flash and PR and employees a whole staff to make videos and look the part but it’s smoke and mirrors. The software is junk and that makes happy customers and new sales growth impossible.

Platform greatly lags vision. New features and functions are rolled out with any effective Quality Assurance creating the need for "work arounds", the software version of duct tape. Global leadership is the worst I've ever experienced in my career. There are unrealistic goals with extremely limited resources to accomplish them. Global CEO will randomly berate employees in front of others. Anyone can have a vision, execution is everything. Benefits are awful, pay was average.
