      Amazing Culture and a True Family

      Pros

      The culture is incredible and a priority for everyone. The company is intentional in how they interact and treat each employee, vendor, investor, and customer. I have experienced this first hand over my 9 years with the company in the form of personalized birthday presents, father's day gifts, and numerous handwritten cards from a number of employees including the CEO, CFO, and President.

      Cons

      Since I am a remote employee I have found it difficult to get involved with the community outreach and volunteer efforts that the corporate offices have available. The corporate office does make an extra effort to include remote employees in these opportunities when they are visiting the corporate offices.

We will continue to look for ways to engage all team members in our service outreach, including our remote team members.

      Pros

      So often organizations profess 'culture' on their website and in their marketing materials, but it completely stops there. At RISE, it is deeply embedded in us all, from the CEO on down. We are a family and we are a force for good both within our organization and within the communities we serve.

      Cons

      Upholding our high standards for excellence, positivity, and community may be seen by some as a con. But, I can confidently say that it is also, life-affirming and life-changing.

      Pros

      Schedule is great. Able to take time off when necessary guilt free. No micromanaging. Management are actual leaders and WANT to help others succeed.

      Cons

      No cons. This company truly lives up to the motto of Love.Serve.Care.
