      Beliefs. Atmosphere throughout the office and team. More of a family feel than corporate feel. Ability of Accounting to get subs paid quickly. Support from upper management and follow through on what they promised

      They hire you for a position and they let you do it, no micromanaging until it needs to happen. They want people to be successful and provide you the tools and knowledge.
